SUBMISSION POLICY
Submission Guidelines & Terms.
Please read these guidelines before sending any manuscript, synopsis, sample chapters, artwork or related material to Iron Gate Publishing.

IMPORTANT
Submission allows us to evaluate your work. It does not mean that we have accepted it for publication.
No publishing commitment, commercial relationship, agency relationship or transfer of rights exists unless the parties enter into a separate written agreement.
01. Eligibility
Submit only if you are legally capable of doing so, or authorised to act for the author, company, estate, agency or rights-holder concerned.
02. Submission Materials
Use the Publish With Us application form for one project at a time. Complete the required book and contact information, indicate at least one professional service or publication package you would be prepared to commission if accepted, provide the project description, upload a synopsis, and upload one file containing three sample chapters in DOC, DOCX or PDF format. No payment is required for manuscript submission or editorial consideration, and the indicated service selection does not influence acceptance. Do not upload the complete manuscript at this stage. If the project progresses beyond initial review, Iron Gate may request the full manuscript separately. Identify any previous publication, licences or contractual restrictions.
03. Ownership and Rights
Submission does not transfer copyright, publishing rights or ownership. You must own or control the rights necessary to share every element submitted.
04. Evaluation Process
Material may be screened for writing, concept, readership and catalogue suitability. We may decline, request further material, suggest revisions or invite a publishing discussion.
05. Similar Material
Iron Gate may receive or develop other material with themes, ideas, settings or concepts that resemble yours. Similarity alone does not create an obligation or claim.
06. Communication
Use accurate contact details and the official Publish With Us application form. A successful form submission confirms receipt of the application record, but does not constitute evaluation, acceptance or a publishing agreement.
07. Publishing Discussions
Editorial conversation, requests for material or provisional discussion do not create a publishing relationship. Only an authorised written agreement can do that.
08. Scheduling and Results
Response, production and publication timing may vary. No sales, bestseller, award, review, distribution or media outcome is guaranteed.
09. Personal Information
Information supplied with a submission is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Do not send unnecessary identity, financial or security information.
10. Storage and Security
Electronic records may be retained for editorial, administrative, security or legal purposes. Maintain your own complete backups of all material.
11. Withdrawal
To withdraw a manuscript from consideration, email info@irongatepublishing.com with the subject Withdrawal Request — Book Title — Author Name. A signed publishing or services agreement, if one exists, governs later withdrawal, work already commissioned and any rights provisions.
12. General Terms
These guidelines may change as editorial processes, technology or legal requirements evolve. The terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory law and the jurisdiction of competent courts serving Iron Gate Publishing’s principal place of business.
